Barry Monaghan
Barry is a former international cyclist and runner. Within cycling he competed at international level up to 1996 before moving into team management and coaching within Cycling Ireland.
Barry managed the Junior boys team to 3 world championships in the late 90s including Mark Scanlon's win in 1998. In the last 5 years Barry has returned to management as team manager for Irelands Women elite and Under 23 teams, managing the team to multiple European and World Championships.
As a runner Barry was national senior cross country champion in 1997.
Barry has coached for close to 30 years now including athletes within cycling, running, triathlon and also Gaelic Football where he spent 3 years as conditioning coach at Inter County level.

Matt Teggart
Matt is an Irish International cyclist, racing at the professional level and has done so for the last 8yrs. He is the 3rd generation of International cyclist in the family after both his grandfathers, Noel Teggart & Charlie Gardiner, Uncle David Gardiner & Father Neil Teggart... between them being Olympians, Commonwealth representatives, Irish Champions & Irish Internationals. All this past down success, experience, knowledge and training techniques means Matt grew up living & breathing cycling and knows it inside out.
Matt's own career has had huge success both at home in Ireland and all around the world. He has represented Ireland at Junior, U23 & Elite level. He's competed in multiple World & European Championships, The Commonwealth Games, European Games, Tokyo Olympic Test Event and had hundreds of professional UCI race days. Some of his Team's include Team WIGGINS, An Post Sean Kelly Team & Evo Pro Racing.
He is no stranger to rubbing shoulders with the biggest names in the sport. During his years he has had countless professional World Tour coaches, lived and trained daily with Tour de France winners and so has endless knowledge & experience of what intervals & training techniques it takes to compete at the highest level.
That paired with a masters degree in sports coaching and performance & endless research into sports physiology, energy systems & training techniques means there is no-one more experienced to help coach you to the next level in cycling performance.
