These Booking Terms and Conditions, alongside your signed Participation Waiver, constitute the entire contract between you and ALLEZ ESCAPES LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Northern Ireland under Company Number NI736342. Registered Office: 54 Rathview, Banbridge, Northern Ireland, BT32 4PY.
1. The Contract & Bookings
1.1. By clicking “Book Now” and submitting a payment deposit through our secure payment gateway (Stripe), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and accept these terms on behalf of all participants listed on the booking ledger.
1.2. A legally binding contract is established only when we issue your official Booking Confirmation Email and formal invoice summary.
2. Payment Schedule & Stripe Processing
2.1. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required at checkout via Stripe to reserve your place on a cycling camp itinerary.
2.2. Balance Due: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 60 days prior to the scheduled camp arrival date. If the balance is not cleared by this deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and retain your deposit.
3. Package Travel Regulations & Insolvency
3.1. Because our itineraries bundle 4* accommodation (Hotel Cap Negret or equivalent) alongside airport transfer logistics for a single inclusive price, your booking constitutes a “Package Holiday” under the UK Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations.
3.2. Financial Protection: In accordance with statutory regulations, all consumer funds received by us are safeguarded via an approved financial protection mechanism (such as a specialized travel trust account layout or industry insurance bond), ensuring your money is secure or that you will be repatriated in the unlikely event of our business insolvency.
4. Accommodations & Third-Party Partners
4.1. Accommodations are provided on a full-board/half-board basis at Hotel Cap Negret (Altea, Spain) as detailed in your trip itinerary. By completing your booking, you agree to abide by the internal code of conduct, property rules, and damage liabilities established directly by the hotel management.
4.2. Local bicycle hires and mechanical components are fulfilled by third-party rental partners. You assume sole custodial responsibility for any rental equipment provided to you during the tour and are liable for accidental breakages or theft.
5. Cancellations, Changes, & Minimum Rider Thresholds
5.1. Cancellation by You: If you choose to cancel your booking, the following structural scale applies based on when written notice is received:
- More than 60 days before arrival: Loss of deposit only.
- 31 to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking cost is retained.
- 30 days or fewer before arrival: 100% of the total booking cost is retained.
5.2. Minimum Numbers: Our specialized tours rely on a minimum rider operating threshold to run efficiently. In the highly unlikely event that a camp fails to meet minimum capacity, we reserve the right to cancel the tour up to 28 days prior to departure. If this occurs, you will receive a 100% cash refund of all monies paid to us, but we hold no liability for auxiliary expenses like flights.
6. Mandatory Travel Insurance & Passports
6.1. It is a mandatory condition of booking that all participants secure comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. Your active policy must explicitly cover road cycling excursions, emergency medical treatment, repatriation, bike equipment damage, and trip cancellation features.
6.2. You are independently responsible for ensuring your passport satisfies Schengen area entry criteria (valid for at least 3 months beyond your planned departure date from Spain) and obtaining any necessary travel visas.
7. Force Majeure & Liability Limits
7.1. We cannot accept liability or pay compensation where the execution of our services is prevented or affected by “Force Majeure” events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather events, flight delays, global health emergencies, or localized Spanish road network closures).
7.2. Our total contractual liability to you is strictly limited to a maximum value equivalent to the total price paid for your individual booking package.
